Job Description

One of our clients, a leading telecommunications company, is looking for a Java Development Team Lead to head the team producing high-quality Java applications with a focus on efficiency, stability, simplicity, and maintainability.

The role requires someone with experience leading a team or confident in making this the next step in his or her career.

Other skills and experience include:

  • A degree in ICT or a related area
  • 5+ years experience in Java and the Spring Framework
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL and database principles.
  • Experience in Front-End (Javascript and CSS)
  • Experience with Linux.
  • Working knowledge of Advanced Message Queuing Protocol (AMQP)
  • Practical experience in Automated testing & Continuous Integration
  • JSON RESTful web services
  • Distributed Version Control (Git)
